The Best Beaches in the World

I am yet to meet someone that doesn’t love going to the beach. There really is no better way to escape the hustle and bustle of the city than jetting off to a sun drenched beach! It’s that time of year again when everyone dreams of being on beach with nothing but the sound of the ocean and sunshine for company. The weather in the UK is some of the worst I have seen, so stop putting up with the weather and make some plans to get away for a week, or two if you are lucky enough to have the time. After the Christmas and New Year celebrations people often find themselves on a bit of a low because they have little to look forward to in the coming months. Well, I am here to tell you that you can and should change that feeling. Beach holidays are the best way to rid yourself of the ‘New Year Blues’, it’s the best way to get your new year off to a great start!

The first couple of months of the new year are the best time to book a holiday because there are some fantastic deals to be had. Holiday companies will offer great discounts because the majority of people will not be looking to book a holiday. I have always found myself taking full advantage of these offers because in no time at all you can find yourself sitting on one of the most amazing beaches in the world. Here are my top 3 beaches that you have to visit one day.

Palolem Beach, Goa, India

This is amazing! My favourite by a country mile, when you go there you will understand what I am talking about. The white sand and blue sea is remarkable. You may recognise it because it feature in the hollywood blockbuster, The Bourne Supremacy.

Rio de Janeiro, Brasil

Ok, so I haven’t chosen any one beach in Rio de Janeiro and there is a good reason for that, they are all absolutely amazing! If you are lucky enough to hit the beach in this magical city then you will be in heaven, I guarantee that!

Bondi Beach, Australia

One of the most iconic beaches in the world is Bondi Beach. It’s such a cool spot to sun bathe, surf, eat, drink and meet great people. Everyone is so friendly here you’ll never want to leave.
