Must See Things in Dalaman

Turkey is probably the best place I have been to recently, the country really does have it all! From historical sites, beaches, the sunshine, amazing food and great people. You really can’t ask for a better combination than that, it all adds up to create the perfect holiday destination. I loved every second of my holiday, my favourite spot that I visited has to be Dalaman. I was fortunate enough to book my Dalaman holidays with Direct Holidays, they were able to give some great advice and also found me what I believe to be the best deal possible for this amazing little tourist destination.  Dalaman is in a very quiet region of Turkey which is blessed with sweeping untouched beaches, a wealth of ancient ruins and some of the best parks that you will ever see. It’s difficult to fit everything in to your trip to Dalaman, so I have taken the time to list my 3 favourite things about the place. Have you been? If so, please let me know in the comment section if you agree with my selection. If you haven’t been, then why not? Here are some things that you have to look forward to on your visit.

Sarsala Cove

You will have to take a short ride from Dalaman to reach this place because it is roughly eleven kilometres from Dalaman itself. People love this cove and it is the number one spot where boat cruises always stop to show their passengers a good time. The sea is a blue as you will ever see, it is the perfect spot for a day out. You can walk there is you are feeling energetic, it’s the best way to take in the fantastic scenery along the way.

The Mudbaths

If you haven’t tried a mud bath anywhere in the world them make sure that Dalaman is the first one you have. The mud baths in the area have recently become one of the busiest attractions, thousands of people flock there each year. Now, I am not the mud bath sort of guy, but if I am honest I went back at least twice!

You can find great food all over Turkey. The thing I loved about this area was that because it is by the coast you can enjoy some of the tastiest seafood ever. Of course you are able to eat the usual fantastic food such as kebabs and tasty salads. Everyone who has been to Turkey will tell you that the food is great but the prices are even better!
